We have been using eCellar since April 2015, and it has really improved our DTC efficiencies across all channels. Having experienced a very unsatisfactory combination of applications implemented by a remote vendor, we developed a list of criteria to gauge a new Point Of Sale solution that included functionality, support, specific wine industry focus, ease of conversion and above all, a local brick-and-mortar presence.
